Sandy Partridge Stutes
Founder and Director – US Operations Manager
Mrs. Stutes lives in Gray Court, South Carolina, USA with her husband Tony. She is the Founder of the Stutes Clean Water Project and serves on the Board as Director. Mrs. Stutes is a retired Owner and Operator of two children’s clothing Boutiques. She has two children and two grandchildren and enjoys helping less fortunate children. She has a passion for improving the lives of young people and providing clean water is a means to do that. She is interested in expanding the Stutes Clean Water project to reach other people in need with this ministry
Tony Stutes
President and Co-Founder
Mr. Stutes lives in Gray Court, South Carolina, USA with his wife Sandy. He is the President and Co-Founder of the Stutes Clean Water Project. Mr. Stutes is a professional mechanical engineer who works as a Project Manager on engineering and construction projects. He also operates a cattle farm in rural South Carolina where he raises livestock and honeybees and is a Master Gardener maintaining a vegetable garden and orchard. Mr. Stutes enjoys applying his experience and skills to help organize and operate the 501c program. He has a focus on bringing clean water to as many people as possible in rural areas of the world. The program’s mission is to empower communities to achieve good health, self-sustainability and receive a better education.
Raul Anchia
Director, Marketing
Raul Anchia lives in Port Charlotte, Florida, USA with his wife Maria. He is a Director on the Board for the Stutes Clean Water Project. Mr. Anchia is a Real Estate salesman and a retired Project Manager from Bell South. He enjoys fishing and maintaining a rental home business.
Katuura Johnson
Director, Uganda Operations Manager
Katuura Johnson lives in Kampala, Uganda, Africa with his wife Danni. He is a native Ugandan and has a degree in Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies. He previously worked with the Uganda Government to assess and report on socio-economic challenges in parts of the country. He has spent the last years working with different rural communities in Uganda with a goal to help them achieve sustainability, good education and hygiene. He has volunteered with over 5 non-profit organizations and worked with communities towards their target goals across the country. Mr. Katuura’s mission is to manage the purchasing and distribution of clean water machines with an eye on opportunities for empowering Ugandans to better their communities.
